| America (USA) has a long history of civil war, colonization, settlement and more. Geologi-cal and Archaeological history suggests that the present USA was most likely populated by Asians via the Bering Bridge over 20,000 years ago. Modern day America is nothing like it was then. Being one of the world’s superpowers it is a country ruled by democracy. Since the unfortunate events of September 11 happened the country’s population has realized that danger is lurking amongst them.
Despite all the political divides in the American people, life in the country is still counted as one of the safest places on earth. Providing an abundance of luxuries for most it allows for a relative comfortable lifestyle.
Real estate market trends have been on the rise since the early 2000. This means a great return on investment for many investors seeing their house as a kind of ATM. They borrow heavily on the rising real estate against their current loans and then refinance their lifestyle with the profits made. This is often a pact with the devil because many investors go over their means of affordability getting carried away by easy promises of instant riches.
